Quality Inspector

Quality Inspector is a position where the employee is responsible for performing inspection and sorting of components primarily in the automotive industry or another industry in accordance with the customer's requirements.

The employee performs inspection of components, small repairs (so-called rework) of components using simple hand tools and special fixtures, has specific manual skills in the area of the respective activities, works according to the customer's procedures and instructions, knows the necessary measuring techniques and works with the contract documentation.

The individual who works as the Quality Inspector must be able to use the basic metering devices (for which s/he is trained), such as sliding scale, micrometer, etc.

Team Leader

Team Leader is a position where the employee is primarily responsible for performing component inspections and sorting, for the course of the entrusted shift, for performing inspections and audits of employees, and processing and inspection of contract documentation.

Team Leader performs small repairs (so-called rework) of components using simple hand tools and special fixtures, has specific manual skills and organisational skills, works according to the given customer's procedures and instructions, inspects the operations in the entrusted shift, knows the necessary measuring techniques, organises the contracts and perfectly knows the contract documentation. 

Team Leader must be able to use metering devices and have specific knowledge in the field of quality.

Supervisor

Supervisor is a position where the employee is responsible for organisation of and supervision over orders placed by customers, for coordination of work performed by Team Leaders and Quality Inspectors, for complete contract documentation and its inspection and processing according to the customer's requirements.

Supervisor communicates with the customer, is responsible for the course of the performed activities, reports information to the company's management, is responsible for observing standards and requirements relating to the respective contract, administers contract documentation, etc.

Supervisor is responsible for observing the quality standards of the rendered services, solving problems, implementing remedial and preventive actions, is in contact with customers, performs audits and inspections of contracts, etc.

Coordinator

Coordinator is a position where the employee is responsible for complete administration and organisation of contracts in the entrusted locality and respective customers.

Coordinator's main task is administration of contracts and immediate solution of any problems relating to contracts; s/he is responsible for and manages operations of Supervisors, Team Leaders and Quality Inspectors, administers contract documentation, results reporting and other specific operations according to the specific company's and customer's requirements.

Coordinator communicates with customer/s in the entrusted locality, is responsible for observing the quality standards of the rendered services, as well as for resolving the quality issues, implementing remedial and preventive actions in the case of non-standard situations, performing audits and inspections of contracts, etc.

A person who has a provable experience in automotive industry, has analytical thinking skills, organisational skills and excellent communication skills will be suitable for this position.
